Extreme unprofessional behaviour

We used him for three kid's parties last weekend and he completed stuffed it up. He was 25 minutes late for his first show which was an hour of magician work and was barely even a half show. He then was late for his second show and didn't complete the previously agreed upon hour of balloon modeling. He then went to his next show and demanded money from one of the clients who was not aware about payment agreements and left with some money even though I told him that we would pay him as he was hired through us. After confronting him about all the mess, he swore and screamed at me over the phone when I was just trying to get the story straight. I told him that he cannot expect full payment from some gigs as he did not perform up to standard. There are a number of complaints against him now after looking him up properly. An absolute disgrace to the entertainment industry!! Please do not put yourself through the same mess.
