****** making the rounds

I booked and paid for a magician to perform at my 40th birthday. Arno Southey did not arrive, call or make any contact what so ever. After contacting him the following week he refused to refund me, made all sorts of excuses and then said I could not blame him for running late (this was 10 days later - he must have a VERY slow car) I have had no satisfaction dealing with this person and he is a total *****. I have found other reports on here (my party planner obviously didn't do her research) and I am now out of pocket. He is really a really awful man to deal with and I would suggest that he never be used for any sort of entertainment.
