ARNO SOUTHEY - CON MAN MAGICIAN

<p>I run a small party hire business and time and time again people are phoning me because they have been conned by a certain Mr Arno Southey. He advertises on his Facebook page and is running 3 ads on Gumtree - 5 Star Entertainment and The Arno Southey Magic Show & Entertainment and he is supposedly renting out slush machines and popcorn machines.</p> <p> </p> <p>He makes you pay a deposit for the equipment hire but alas.... does not deliver the goods and then never answers his phone and also NEVER pays back your deposit. This man needs to be named and shamed or prosecuted by all the people he has **********. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please could more people name and shame this ARNO SOUTHEY, he lives in Bellville and his ID number is 900 ********** 089, cell number ********** . His ads are also very badly worded and mis spelt.... "he are not the brightest crayon in the box".</p>
