Disgusting Service

<p>I have to report the disgusting service my family and I received on the 26th of december 2016 at 4pm. To start when we were seated our table had no cutlery at all and no side plates, when our food and drinks arrived we were given none of these still. Might I add there restaurant was not busy at all. When we asked for cutlery we were given a blank stare from the waitresses as if they had no clue what there job entailed. To make matters worse when we attempted to complain about the lack of serve to the Manager, Vincent he proceeded to ask us what OUR problem was? He had a disgusting attitude. He went on to threaten my brother in law shouting at him to leave the hotel and not once was he concerned as to why we were upset. He acted disgusting common and acted with the most outrageous attitude towards us. He had no concern whatsover as to apologise to us but continued to act like an arrogant man whose superiority has obviously gone straight to his head. To make matters worse a bypassing client mentioned that we must have been the 19th customer complaining today. I will make sure i do not allow any of my family or friends to ever visit this establishment. I would be ashamed to have someone like Vincent apart of my staff!</p>
