Service delivery complaint

Ozro body corporate very very bad service. My kitchen light was damadged on easter this year by water leakin from flat on top floor. Those damages were fixed by osro but i am waiting on them still. Just promise no action. I will be 70 this year i nearly burnt my self 2 time with boiling oil due to now light in kitchen. And this body corporate do nothing to fix it. I requiere urgent action now
