Pathetice service, help and support

Osro CC Body Corporate in Bellville Cape Town just dont care if tennants complain. They dont respond to emails or if they do they just say " sorry I dont stay in the complex to see the problems". Rent and fees go up and up but service get worse and worse. I had to wait 4 years for a pipe to be fix and it is still not 100%. Strangers' cats making nest in your flat.... after complaining and begging grass cutting services to please be careful for seedlings and flowers and to not destroy your garden you are trying to make.... Osro still doesnt care or wil support you in the matters.
