OSRO -WHERE NOBODY EXISITS

I as a owner in a block of flats am fed up with the so called "service" i get from these people. Nobody is ever available to take your call, NOBODY ever gets back to your emails and wonder what it is that these people do. Useless in my eyes and it seems money is all that is in the plan as a owner mentioned in a AGM last year, i thought he was been silly but he was right. I have decided to take matters further. but i want people to know that if you have a choice to not deal with Osro as they kind of dont exisit. Sick, pathetic and disgusting behavior from someone that is suppose to be managing our complex.
