ARMY DOG TAGS - Shocking business
<p>This relates to an order i placed at: http://www.armydogtags.co.za/</p> <p> </p> <p>Initially on 9 November I located a military-style dog-tag manufacturer via Google. From the start the owner Cecile Basson sent me several incorrect invoices, one of which required a payment of R1149,00.</p> <p>Twice I had to request that she correct this: her excuse was that "my IT person is reloading my pc with new software ."</p> <p>Eventually on 14 November I received a correct invoice at a cloud-based server, and i made my payment of R497.00</p> <p> Then when they did not arrive, on 5 December I queried the delay and Cecile informed me that "i had a major accident and has not recovered yet." In this e-mail query I sent both proof of my payment and my initial order.</p> <p> Then after I had just sent her a copy of my order, she again requested me to send the order claiming : ""My staff member has completed the order as per my register, but when is go to the dog tag template, it is blank."</p> <p>She then attempted to send me red tags which I did not ask for as she don’t have correct stock and only hope to get stock a week later.</p> <p> I declined this and asked for a refund. On 7 december she then returned only R330.00 of my R497.00 payment</p> <p> </p>
