Worst Service Ever

After purchasing a brand new machine from Arms, using it ones, it broke. Returning it to the store and informing the owner of the store of the situation, I was told that I was responsible for the breakage of a stationary machine. Following up on the return and the procedure I was informed that I will have to wait.<br> <br> Poor service, poor attitude and a general lack in customer feedback.
