Gross misconduct of tutors

My daughter was enrolled with the above academy since January 2021. No test results were uploaded on the Impaq Web and we cannot generate rapports. No rapports were delivered to us, the parents. I repeatedly requested a rapport but was ignored. My daughter was supposed to write exams from 13 September 2021, and the school did not inform us, neither did the pupils write any exam papers. I immediately removed my daughter from the school because of the misconduct of the tutors. The master Sherry is now withholding my daughters tests alleging that I did not give a months' notice. Please intervene and investigate.
