Worst experience ever!

This was hands down the worst service I ever received from a company, I ordered a blank gun and pepper bullets for self defence since I live in a dangerous area. I ordered the gun and made immediate payment as requested on the 09 May 2020 and was told that I would receive my order within 2 to 10 working days, well this was not the case I waited and waited and nothing! I asked for feedback and did not get any until I asked what tipe of scheme he was running... Then he suddenly started to talk to me but only in one or two word responses(very unprofessional), and every time I asked when I will get my order there was a difrent excuse... Almost two months later I eventually got my order and it was the wrong color and there was no bullets... How do you sell a gun without bullets... It's like sending someone to war without ammunition... I then asked when I will get the bullets and I am still waiting... I eventually asked for a refund but did not receive anything as of yet. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD DEALING WITH SOMEONE!
