Worst company to deal with! Managements are ********* bunch of *****
I ordered 5 x Vests from them on the 6th of June Valued R1799 each When I got the vests and straight away realise they send the wrong spec vests, a cheaper version valued at R1499 each (Total difference R1500) I contacted management named Kyle (whom took my order as well). We came to an agreement of instead of retuning the vest and sending me the correct vests that I ordered. Rather just refund me the difference pf R1500.00 Than the nightmare starts of not answering my call and messages, if answered than will be tons of empty promises. So I found an other person called Ardy, apparently is the father of Kyle and also a director of company. Who also gave me empty promises and big lies or just not answering the call.
I will records of messages of what I am claiming So I will never deal with this company ever again!
As for " a rushed job" - I did not give you a deadline, you told me the delivery date!
As for "We should have replaced"- I gave Kyle a choice either replace or refund the difference.
He choice to refund the difference. (Again i do have my chat history, feel free to contact me for a copy)
So there are no excuse what so ever for the poor service.

The one I ordered is valued at R1799 each and the one i received is valued at R1499 each.
The specs are different.
Kyle said he will refund the difference of total R1500 so already start use these vests.
If you like to replace it, by all means please do so.
Just want to be clear that we have started using the vest so it wont be brand new anymore!
