WORST COMPANY ARMOUR SA KYLE VAN HUYSTEEN
NEVER ORDER FROM KYLE VAN HUYSTEEN!!!! I ordered a Formula 9mm, with a box of blanks and pepper rounds on 14 Dec. 2019 and made payment on 17 Dec. 2019. I was promised delivery before Christmas, which clearly didn't happen. After new year, I received one package, it was not what I ordered. He decided, without my knowledge, consent, permission or request, to send me a Kuzey F92. No blanks or peppers. I then requested that I want what I ordered!! No response, no feedback. I then posted a review here, (I don't know where my first review went), after which Kyle threatened me with their "legal department", I welcomed the gesture, yet to this day, no call from their so called "legal department". Contacted Adi, who works with dispatches, more lies and empty promises, followed by refusal to communicate. I told Adi, my lawyer will contact him, which she did, more promises of feedback, followed by refusal to take the call, and refusal to respond to messages. They are DE*****ING people (wrongful deception intended to cause financial or personal gain). So, they deceive you into thinking you will get items ordered, then take your money (they gain financially), and then you either don't get what you ordered or get nothing at all (wrongful deception). I still have not received the pepper rounds I ordered, nor the Formula 9mm I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL ONLY LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!! My lawyer will send a summons, suing with costs, they will be liable to pay the lawyer too. DE*****ING AND *****ING FROM CUSTOMERS AND ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY KIND!!! USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR YOUR NEEDS!!!

17 Jan 2020, 12:45Good day, from our side, Kyle said the client needs their weapon for christmas. The formulas we were expecting were delayed. In order to make up for the delay we sent a weapon that costs R1000 more than the clients first order. We believed that would be a way to make up for the delay.

17 Jan 2020, 12:55You can say you unhappy about the delay over december, you can be upset we sent you an UPGRADED weapon. However this nonsense of us as ********** its what grates me. We are not perfect- however be fair. There is staff here that draw an income from this company, families rely on this company

I DID NOT ASK OR EXPECT A SO CALLED "UPGRADE". No communication regarding the Formula 9mm that you now suddenly say was out of stock! If that were the case, why was this not communicated upon placement of order, BEFORE I paid for it!!?? If this was communicated together with the recent "fact" that the pepper rounds were out of stock,.the entire situation would have been different, but you people decided to deceive me, made promises while fully knowing that there is "no stock", yet promises were made, payment received, and you claim to have done me a favor??!!! How many times have I requested the correct weapon that I ordered? I was once again promised that the correct one will be sent on the 8th, and what do you know, still, 9 days later, nothing!! How can you expect loyalty and respect from clients if you yourself can not deliver that much to your clients??
