Tired of being patient with Armour SA

Ordered face masks and handsanitizer on 27 March 2020. Made the payment same day and send proof of payment. After a lot of whats app.messages and e mail follow ups I cancelled the order with e mail confirmation from the company that they will refund. Today is a month later and still no refund. Consider opening a ***** case with a detective friend of mine in SAPS and attach all e mails and read receipts as evidence.
