Terrible Service

Ordered a Retay Blank gun with bullets. Got the tracking number after a few days. Received the parcel after a huge struggle. He put the wrong information on the wrong waybill. Didn't get what I ordered. Asked for a refund and now there is no response from them. Terrible service. Will not buy from them again!
