Service is PATHETIC

The customer service is horrible. Ordered almost R40000 worth of bulletproof vests and Kpos systems in October 2018. They send the wrong vests without plates at the end of November. After that everything was a joke. Kyle makes excuses after excuses and empty promises. Kyle also don't awnser the phone anymore when you call him. After a huge struggle I manage to get my vests in at the end of March. They only send 1Kpos system of 2, which was not the model I ordered so I send it back. I demanded my money back in March but no effort from Kyle. He blamed the supplier but I manage to get in contact with the suplier. The supplier said that Kyle only ordered 1 system and that they don't even have the system that they advitised and I bought. He said that he first need to get the money from the supplier to pay me back? I didn't do business with his supplier I did business with him, and when I asked about the 1system's money that they didn't even order he just kept quite. As soon as Kyle gets his money he doesn't care if you get the right product because they outsource everything and is just a middle man. There service is really pathetic.
