Pathetic service's

Customer care is absolutely pathetic no replies to email and every day you need to keep on reminding them to email you about queries and that they dont even do. Friend of mine has also bought some armour plates for his bulletproof vest and its been 4 weeks after paying and since now he has not received his goods . How can you guys advertise on facebook every couple hours but you do not answer emails
