Ordered and paid for items but after 3 months no delivery and empty promises

On 4 November I ordered and paid R3200 for an item from this business. After repeated phone calls with Kyle and emails to Armour SA, I still have not received my order (19 February). Kyle promises every time to send it immediately and later promised to refund "immediately". Needless to say nothing has happened. All lies and empty promises. I have surely been ****med. After the last call I received an email stating that the item has been shipped with The Courier Guy BUT no tracking number supp****!! Two weeks later and it has not arrived - another lie!!
