Never again

Ordered goods from them on 18 Nov 2020. Worth R4300. Its now 24 Des and I am still waiting. Called and messages were sent. A lot of excuses. Status on my order says shipped but they cant give me a tracking number. Ive asked multiple times that they just refund me, but no answer. This is really unacceptable to have to beg for things I paid for. Will not recommend this company to any one.
