Lack of interest

I place an order on the 09 May 2019 and made payment. on the 28 of may I ask for an update and said they still waiting for stock. on the 04 June 2019 i got a email back saying that the tracking number will be send out later that day. I didn't receive any info. After constantly emailing them for a update, they replayed on 12 June 2019 stating that my order is at there office and that I need to email/contact another person for info on it and to get it send to me. We exchanged info and after constantly emailing them, with little response, I am still waiting for my order. The problem is that my order didn't receive the attention from the beginning, now I have to wait for another "batch". This is not the first time it happened to me. had the some problem with them not answering there email and my order not getting the attention. Then wasting time and money to get them to respond to me and my orders to be send out. Its now 18 July 2019 and I am still waiting...
