03 August 2020, was the day I did a purchase on this so called companies website, and I paid for courier with the courier guy to be delivered to my door on their website, after a few days I became concerned as I did not receive my courier order number, after messaging Kyle van Huyssteen he would read my messages but not reply and when he would reply there was no customer service drive and the promises made was never kept, after messaging on WhatsApp and Facebook and making endless calls to no avail, Kyle van Huyssteen said his dad is in cape town sea point and my package consisting of 3 items is with him if I wouldn't mind fetching it, when I arrived for my package I only received 1 item, and was told I need to speak with Kyle van Huyssteen regarding my other 2 items which I paid for in full with delivery, after weeks of sending Kyle van Huyssteen endless messages I finally got a response from him telling me my 2 items are on route I got the courier number only to find out that they didn't even schedule it for my address which I paid for instead it was destined for no further then the courier depot, it felt like business spite toward a customer, non the less I fetched it only to find out its only 1 item and still another item is outstanding, i messaged Kyle van Huyssteen and he told me they sent out emails that they having delivery issues and that only 1 item will be sent, I did not receive this email, infect after bringing this to Kyle van Huyssteen attention I suddenly received a email a day later, weeks past I messaged Kyle van Huyssteen again but to no avail, some more time went past I messaged him again and he rep**** he will send me a courier number on the 22 September 2020, I still did not receive it to date and have been messaging none stop, I went onto their Facebook page with two of my profiles asking them to tell me when my item will be sent and explaining my frustration, they deleted me off there page and blocked me, I have all the messages stored on my phone, and I would like to know what the CPA is going to do for me, as its nearly 4 months now, I ordered a item from Taiwan and it was at my door 5 days later, the government needs to close thieving business like this.
