I worked with Kyle when I bought my 1st Kuzy S320 Kyle went over and above to give great service I've already placed a second order I like the personal contact and I'm sure Armour SA has been swamped with orders so small delays here and their is nothing compared to the quality and product you receive in the end Kyle and his team strive to deliver their best and in the end they do!!!
