Disappointing!

Most disappointing... Not one of my orders has been correct. The first order arrived in 5 different parcels after every time something was still missing. The second and third orders, same thing, something missing every time. At this stage, I have still not received the pepper rounds I ordered almost 2 months ago. Every time I phone, there is always an excuse and a long story. I eventually felt as though I am annoying them, but I am still a client and have paid for items that I have not received, and now have to find elsewhere. They have unfortunately lost a potential big client as this was just the beginning of my orders. I have learnt my lesson and most definitely won't ever use them or recommend them.
