Caveat Emptor

On 2020-09-14 I ordered & paid for:

2 for 1 price- 9mm pak guns! SKU: #00036 Blanks x 50 1 × R2 850.00 9mm PAK pepper blanks x 5 units SKU: #00037 1 × R500.00 Items R3 350.00 Shipping R120.00 Total R3 470.00

I was told that the 9mm PAK guns were all faulty and he offered to replace with two 84fs guns. I was sent one P114 instead of two 84fs, and no ammunition.

I will just post the relevant Whatsapp responses from Kyle (mostly about shipping). Three telephone calls were also made. With every phone call, Kyle ended up telling me that had had something else to do and can't talk any further to me. During the last call, which was a short one, he told me "You're wasting my time."

But then you won't be dissapoubted". 2020/10/30: "It hasn't left, didn't leave today. It will leave in the morning. We were just waiting for stock from the warehouse. But as soon as it's here, tomorrow morning we'll send you the tracking details." 2020/11/04: "Only tomorrow sorry I will send u a video now" 2020/11/04: "I'm getting new ones tomorrow from the warehouse and then I can send on." 2020/11/10: "TCG 2*** The courier guy" (this tracking number never showed up on tracking.) 2020/11/10: "No it's only been, just filled out the forms now. So wait for collection." 2020/11/11: "I will find out Tom shou0d be no issur" 2020/11/12: "Yes it was I know was collected. I will make sure it's sorted tomorrow" 2020/11/13: "Just an another hour or two, I promise you. There's no point in me trying to. Cause eventually you can't run away from hiding from not having a tracking number. Just give me an hour or two it will be working." 2020/11/13: "TCG***1 try this on in a short while" (Suddenly a new tracking number.) 2020/11/17: "I will respond once I get an answer from staff thankyou" 2020/11/18: "So, 84fs, nothing received yet. P114's received. But we already ran out of stock. And, there is a barrel issue on the P114. So next week Tuesday the new container arrives with 84fs and the fixed or new P114's. Until then I can do nothing. Or, option B is, refund you fully. This is just unfair on you. So, 84fs next week, P114 next week. Cannot do anything until next week, or option B is refund and then we deal with it next week. It's up to you. So whatever you'd like to do" 2020/11/20: "Pepper no chance . 84fs waiting on Monday.
