Blank Guns Refund from Armour SA

I did bought 2X Beretta replicas for the amount of 2999.00 plus R245.00 Courier costs from Armour SA in Richardsbay. I wasn't satisfied with the blank guns they did send me. So I phoned the guy by the name Kyle and told him I am going to send it back. He said then he will refund me. After alot of emails, what's app 's and phone calls I did not get my refund from them as they promised.
