BEWARE OF PURCHASING FROM KYLE AT ARMOUR SA
In early December 2019 I made a purchase after receiving my invoice on WhatsApp. Kyle was quick to respond and invoice me for an amount of R3420. Since then I have been sending WhatsApp messeges following up on my delivery. Till today I have not received any tracking number nor any feedback about my order. On one or two occasions Kyle came back and promised me he will share with me a tracking number but to no avail. He is very difficult to get hold of telephonically and hardly ever respond to WhatsApp follow up messages. He had promised to refund me but when asking him why he is not asking me for my banking details as I have paid the money via EFT, he just goes quite. It has been more than a month now and I have been a very patient person however the only conclusion I can come to is that this gentlemen has de*****ed me out of my money as since I paid the money on the 3rd of December 2019, I have no goods I purchased, or any refund.

Don't know why you are trying to buy time when you know you do not intend to deliver or refunding my money. Just to prove you're a lying *****: in your WhatsApp response (which only happened after I threatened to report you for *****) you promissed my goods will be despatched by Friday the 17th and that you will share my tracking number by friday the 17th. Guess what, no message, no tracking number. So don't try and make as if you will be honoring the order which was paid on the 3rd of December already. Kyle, your a ****. Just remember, ***** is a ******** offense.

All he comes back with is promises. I even agreed to take something else instead, something which he supposedly had in stock. Two weeks ago he agreed to refund me. Needless to say, i am still waiting. The past two months i had to reach out to him, despite him knowing he owes me. So i hope you will adopt the same approach when you spend R3500 and you don't get what you paid for or your money back. I can assure you that i have no incentive to bad mouth Kyle, however if you do not live up to what you promise people, then rather don't do it. What do you expect people have money to throw away and then just accept it. Again i say, if someone takes your money under the pretense of selling you something and then do not give you what you paid for, then that is nothing other than just plain *****. Watch out Kyle you are not going to get away with this. Your solution is simple.... pay my money back and i'll be the first to tell people what a great guy you are otherwise sorry pal, i will stick to my story that you extract money from people with no intention to provide them with what they had paid for not any intention to refund them. I'm done calling and messaging after you. I will let the law take its course.
