Bad service, lies, excuses, no communication

Absolutely atrocious service! When i placed my order (9Nov'19), they were very quick in their responses and sending me an invoice. Once they received payment, they just couldn't care less. Don't reply to whatsapp messages, keep giving me the runaround with regards to delivery.

I understand you have had issues with regards to the FCA (which i mentioned to you will happen before placing my order). I am now asking for a refund on part of my order which has already been dragging on for a week. The communication is horrific, promises are made and not kept and "Africa-time" seems to be the order of the day.

I have read some of their responses to other bad reviews and the attitude is shocking. If i had received my order on time (as promised) or been constantly kept in the loop with regards to what is going on with my delivery, i would have been happy even if it was late. But seeing as i have had to constantly run after you and follow up with you, being ignored, being **** to, i will never buy from you again.

Surely taking 3 months to handle and complete a single order is unacceptable to you as well? I would very much like my money back and to be done with you please.
