Bad service and empty promises

I bought a gun Retay gun with extra bullets from Kyle on the 17/03/2020. In June we eventually received only the gun. After many phone calls and empty promises I received a refund for the bullets on the 21/09 that were never sent and advised to call another company to purchase the bullets. The company referred to advised they do not supply bullets and nobody else does to. I then re contacted Kyle who said he would do an immediate refund on the gun. I am still waiting and he is now ignoring my calls, sms's and whatsApp's
