Bad Customer Services. Waste of Time and Money

I bought 3 x ear tag trackers from Armour SA, Ardy was handling the order. I paid on the 3rd of Dec After weeks of calling and texting only received the order on the 27th of Dec 2019. I ordered 3 trackers but I received 2 . I enquired about the 3rd one still to this day I’m still waiting for response. I decided to make use of the 2 trackers I received. Trackers only shows last location which is China even though I inserted a SIM card, recharged and everything. Trackers don’t come with instructions. You call or text nobody is Willing to assist even though you bought from them. I decided to return their trackers and want my money back. Kyle with empty promises.
