Armoursa Problems

Armoursa a company that takes orders. Client pays but no delivery. We ordered a Kuzey 911 plus 50 blank rounds and 10 pepper rounds on 30 Dec 2019 and paid R3420 the same day . Mr Kyle van Huyssteen promised full delivery within 7 days. After 2 weeks of promises of tracking ons the gun arrived with a faulty hammer. After another few days of correspondence we eventually obtained a tracking no . Again only the blanks arrived. Since then after numerous messages to Kyle and Ardy as well as an Email to Lawrence van Huyssteen we are still waiting for the Pepper bullets with no explanation. We did find out afterwards that there are no Pepper bullets available IN SA. We requested a refund to no avail and no response from Armoursa. Interesting is that Armoursa. Milsafe Globel Security Solutions SABody armour and Sensegis all have just one tel no (Kyle van Huyssteen). But Milsafe is in Cape Town and Armoursa in Balito. It is extremely difficult to get information out of these companies
