You will then spend your time trying to get a refund, but how ? .So if a company that doesn't deliver, nor answer the phone, shows you a certificate and say "this was verified by SAPS" would you believe that it is a valid certificate. Then ask yourself this what is their company registration number ? All honest companies put their registration number in their websites.
