Armour SA fail on design, then fail on delivery, then fail on refund

Following a special promotion that they offered in December 2018, I placed an order with details as to how I want the design and colour of body armour and helmet. I made a payment of R7,498.00 on the 28 December 2018 to Armour SA Pty Ltd. After constant follow-ups on the delivery date, only the vest arrived on the 9th of February 2019. The vest was not the agreed design or colour and the level III plates were not include as agreed. The level III helmet was also missing. Representative Kyle has agreed to replace this vest and the helmet after many more follow-ups. On the 1st of March he sent me and old used helmet and old pre-used level III plates as a complete order. Again they failed to deliver to the description on the invoice. I raised a complaint, where after he suggested to rather do a refund within the next two days (from the 1st of March). It is now the 19th of March and no effort has been made to refund me for this total wrong supply. My phone calls and WhatsApp messages just get ignored. Empty promises and failure to deliver the products as advertised under various names on Facebook is a summary of an awful experience with this Company: Amour SA Pty Ltd.
