Terrible quality product, poor service
Armadillo swimming pool cover constantly broken. Terrible service to get it fixed, even though I explained to them several times that I do not want an open swimming pool with a one year old at home. Cover still not in working order since October 2015, even after they tried twice to fix it. Never paid so much money for such terrible quality product and service.

According to our technician he has indeed been to your site on several occasions, there would appear to be a wiring problem which needs to be addressed by your electrician. Our technician claims that the power for the cover has been connected to the pools lights, which then only charges the batteries every time the light is switched on.
Our technician verify's that he has been communicating he's findings with the people at your residence.
Our technician has further informed me that he has installed additional features to assist you as the client at no additional cost
Our coordinator will contact you to schedule a site meeting between our technician, yourself and your electrician at your earliest convenience.
