No delivery, no refund of pre-payments made

If I could rate this business minus 1 I would. We paid a deposit of R29 506.24. Goods were not delivered. We decided to hand over the account, it was communicated delivery would take place (this is now 4 months later, no delivery, no refund). A date was committed to by Mr. Veron Pappas. We communicated prior to delivery date and were informed delivery would be made. Tried to call the day before delivery date phone rang, and was then switched off.

Dealing with this entity earnestly feels like a never ending con story.
