Outstanding service and friendly Staff

I was away on business and my wife and kids were at home. When my wife phoned and said the house was flooding, I looked on the internet for an emergency plumber and that is where I found ARM.

My wife called the emergency number and a man that was very helpful answered the phone. He understood that my wife was in a stressful situation and as promise got a team there within 30 mins.

The team arrived and were extremely helpful, friendly and knew exactly what had to be done. They changed the geyser that evening as they did not want to leave her with out hot water and went as far as helping her clean up all the water and move furniture. To top off the fantastic service they phoned the following day to see if she was happy with the service and if there was anything else they could assit with. A big thank you to the Team!
