Arlec does not pay for any work done. False promises and happy *******

I did financial consulting for Arlec 12 months ago. Till date they have not paid for any of the work rendered. The first 6 months were filled with false promises of when payment will be made. The second 6 months there was dead silence and no response to any calls or emails. I also suggested a monthly payment plan but not a cent has been paid. A company that does not value support, does not care about payment, and does zero for relationship management.
