False advertising - no free tablet

Ark Training offers a free tablet as part of the package of an expensive training course. Payment was made in full and on time, however 5 months have passed since the course and no tablet has been delivered. Dale Tshabalala made alot of excuses and alot of promises, none of which materialised. It goes without saying, that i will never attend an Ark Training course again, and I will recommend them to no one.
