Unprofessional Service

They either pay late and or never send proof of payment as requested by the executor as well as both heirs to the property

When my sister asked them to do a COC they apparently repaired plugs without even getting permission for this

They got permission from my sister to go ahead with a COC, HOWEVER they didn't get approval on any invoices or quotes and say it was our responsibility to tell them that we wanted 3 different quotations

Now they are threatening us because we are unhappy with this unprofessional service

I have even requested the tax invoice for this work more than 2 months ago to no avail, they have blocked my number and refuse to answer my emails
