Ariva has made an enquiry on ITC without my permission and this has affected my credit score/rating. I am very dissapointed !! and I feel this is bad business practice and **********. I have not made any application with Ariva!!!!!!!! Please remove the inquiry made on my name. This is rediculous!!

07 Jun 2019, 13:32 Good day Mr Motsai The credit bureau enquiry appears to relate to an application for finance you submitted to Hyundai Polokwane in support of a vehicle you were considering buying, on or about the 30th May. I must assume that you gave written authority to the dealer official handling your application to submit the application to the various financial institutions, (this is a requirement) which is why this would have been forwarded to Ariva and thus automatically submitted to the bureau via the online portal. Please may I request that you verify with the dealership whether in fact this was the case. We look forward to confirmation thereof
