NO FEEDBACK

After a 3 Year contract with Ariva I decided to cancel my lease due to private reasons. The car was returned in good condition on the 1st December 2015. Since then the communication is shocking.<br> <br> I am yet to find out what is happening with my deposit after numerous phone calls and email follow ups.<br> <br> It is now the 2nd February 2 full months later and still nothing - no feedback whatsoever bearing in mind that I have already paid over my cancellation fee's and within the 3 years paid on time every month.<br> <br>
