No Car Service to be paid

I have a contract with Ariva since 2017 last week Friday I took my car for service then I was told that my insurance has expired when I called the company I was told that they will get back to me which they never did until I called on Tuesday I spoke to a lady by the name of Lesego who was very rude she told me I can't sign for a contract that I didn't read as if she was there when I signed when I ask her that on their website it is written that their cars have full maintenance she told me that I sign a different contract what I don't understand is how can they have different types of insurance when we have rented theirs cars my knowledge was that I pay for the car they pay for the maintenance only to be told that I must pay for the service what I don't understand is that am paying for their car and I must be the one who must maintain it how does that work I make sure my my debit order are up to date this is really unfair business practice

Good day, Vehicles rented out by ourselves typically come with a service plan. A maintenance contract was and, always has been optional, which you elected not to take at the time. You, unfortunately did not service your vehicle timeously resulting in the voiding of the plan by the vendor
