ITC Enquiry (*****)
A rental enquiry was done on me yesterday and without my permission by Gregory Urquhart, this ***** because I NEVER EVER app**** for a car rental... Where did he get the authority to use my personal details for this enquiry??? I want that enquiry removed from ITC And I need proof that that ********* was disciplined!

The enquiry was made by Merchant West, our holding company, who utilises our ITC account for their enquiries - hence, the enquiry was deemed to have emanated from Ariva An application was made to Merchant West, with respect to a company, of which you are a shareholder and, a consent form signed by the other shareholder agreeing to such enquiry. We would appreciate therefore that you provide immediate agreement to have this review removed as it is factually incorrect and defamatory. We look forward to confirmation thereof

I apologize for the negative review I wrote on your company, I do confirm that it was indeed Merchant West that made the enquiry on ITC, and they did have my full consent to do that.
