Stay away from ariva motors they are ******

I signed a lease agreement with them in August 2016 . I paid them every month up until the covid 19 pandemic hit. I coundt make payment for my car the end of April 2020 as we were all under lockdown. A lady by the name of Thato Radebe called me at the end May saying that I need to pay the full amount.I kept on telling her that I am not receiving any salary and I also send them letters from my employee stating we are not receiving any salary due to the pandemic. The more I tried to negotiate with her she became very rude and said that it is not my car over and over and that I must pay the full amounts for the two months. they send me a letter from their lawyers stating that they are going to reposes the car. Even though I tried to make arrangements with them to pay the outstanding amount because I only have one year left on my agreement. they don't want to listen to anything and their lawyers also didn't even try to see can we come to an agreement to pay the outstanding amounts. their lawyers also didn't even try to see can I pay the outstanding amounts or can they extend the loan agreement.
