Ariva updated my ITC with wrong information??

So Ariva decided to start updating credit profile information on credit bureaus, the problem is the information they provided is incorrect. Now my credit score has dropped because Ariva claims that my account is 9 months in arrears, yet I have been paying diligently every month. This is just wrong on every level. I told them about this error and yet it still hasn’t been fixed and it’s been more than five days. This is my life here and I’ve been desperately trying to improve my credit score and now this happens. I am very disappointed, up to now your service has been good, but this is just unacceptable.

My apologies, ma'am, you did not supply your surname in your earlier review so I initially was unable to correctly identify you on our system. I am in discussion with our collections department and we wish to do an audit on your account to verify whether in fact the arrears currently indicated on it are correctly reported. I will revert as soon as I have this to hand.

Good day, I am busy finalising your statement and will forward it to you. The account balance does indicate an arrears position which has existed since August 2018, so would appreciate your forwarding any proof of payments you may have in your possession to support your considered balance against that which we have on file

I have received the statement and the arrears position you refer to was one month, and this was settled long before April. I really fail to understand how one month's arrears equals to being 9 months in arrears. Being nine months in arrears suggests that I haven't paid any installments for the past nine months, which is totally inaccurate. Please amend this urgently.

Good day, as discussed in my most recent mail, there is no indication from the statement that you have been sent by us that your account has not been paid for the last months and we would not have reported as such to the bureaus. It is difficult to know therefore whether the bureau report reflects no payment has been made for the last nine months ( which is not accurate) or whether the account has been in arrears each month for the last nine months, which has been the case. A copy of your bureau report would help us to understand this
