Ariva ******** people

I feel like Ariva has ripped me off, i took a car with them in June 2016 paying an instalment of R5320.00 per month with 25000 kilometers free per year and when i took the car it had already 20 000km and i took in Pretoria and they were aware that i'm based in Eastern Cape, first they charged me for that and in August they call me, stating that i should make arrangements for excess kilometers and when i made arrangement of extra R2000.00 for 6 months, a day after that boom in my office someone from them is there to repossess the car indicating that i owe them R36000.00 ofwhich they could not even explain to me what it is for then they took my car. i want Ariva to stop robbing people, i feel it's not fair they repossessed the car yet they still accepted my monthly instalments, what are about kilometers given to me and what about the money i paid for the previous axceed kilometers....Ariva should be shut down, because they are ******** people. I want my money, ive paid about R130 000.00 already yet they still took the car from me.
