Ariva is ********* - Avoid at all Cost

I want to warn everyone who intends on leasing a vehicle with Ariva.. They will reap you off and I feel that they are some how ********* in their practices. I leased a car with them for the past four years and decided to terminate my lease agreement about a year earlier and that seems to be the beginning of my frustration..

First they sent me an invoice for R17k as an early termination penalty. a month later I get another invoice for 'damages'to the car. Guess what is listed as damages - oil change, hand break adjustment, break pads etc.. How ridiculous is this? The car had a full maintenance plan and was serviced every time.. If it requires an oil change or hand-break adjustment then that is as a result of normal use, normal wear and tear.. In other words these ****** are charging me for having used the car which by the way I paid them every month for the use of the car.. This is ********* especially because according to them an oil change is 'beyond normal wear and tear' - this is disgusting..

I will fight them though.. but if YOU can help it, please avoid these people.. they are bullies and ******.
