Ariva did not give correct spare key after vehicle was settled.
My fiancé settled her Kia in 2017, and she never received the correct spare key. Kia gave her a off market spare key without the coded remote. Terrible service cant believe this.

In the absence of any detail of the account holder it is not possible to respond accurately, suffice is to say that the agreement entered into would have been a rental agreement where the vehicle in question would have been, at the account holder's request, sold to her at the end of the term.
Such purchase would not typically have any express warranties in terms of vehicle extras and/or accessories and/or, in this instance making available a coded remote spare key.
Where we are able to identify that the original spare key is still in our possession we are clearly very willing to pass this on to the buyer.
