Ariva Accounts and Payments !!!!!

I am renting a car from Ariva Edenvale never ever in my life have I ever seen a place like this had a car all went smooth decided to get an upgrade out of the blue Ariva start phoning me they are going to come lift the car I am not making payments (this is for the car i gave back ...) Next call I need to pay damage fees things on the list that was not wrong with the car it is not even on the inspection list we did together. Next call I need to pay for the insurance access for the accident that I was in (never been in an accident) .Next I need to pay for the insurance access for the car somebody else is driving on my name ...(Remember We are still busy with the same amount from the first call only what it is for change) Next call and emails I need to pay for mileage took them 6 months to send me records from the tracker to proof it. Then i request an invoice and a statement to show details like all normal company do. They could not assist with one of the two 3 months go pas I receive a call mileage again I request I am still waiting for invoice and please send me proof from tracker ..the invoice is a joke and i am still awaiting records and the only time you get a call or email from them is when they want money but never ever have paper work to back the call or email I am so tired of this think it is time Ariva get employees that can do the job and a better system in place... This is so SAD I am not happy with this Ariva at all !!!! I will never ever in my life advice anybody to get a car from Ariva
