Ariva

Two years ago(2013) I bought a car through Ariva. I had the vehicle for a few months(Feb - July) and returned it to Ariva. Before fetching the car they said that there was a cancellation fee and the amounts that they gave me kept changing from R20 000 to R10 000 then R13 000 and so on. After returning the vehicle they said they would contact me as to the repayment of the cancellation fee and my deposit which was to be subtracted from that cancellation fee. It is now 2015 and they are only contacting me now and threatening me with legal action which I find is very unacceptable and also stating that the car has R6000 of damages to the body. The car was returned in a pristine condition and after two years they can't say that either as it wasn't even in my ownership
