Warranty on products not worth the paper it's written on

A Heat Tech branded geyser from Ariston only lasted 2 years before starting to leak from the seams and the Anode. I laid a claim but it seems the modus operandi is to refute all claims stating nonsense and totally irrational reasoning in order not to replace. Please avoid this company and related brands at all costs? I've been forced to now use Kwikhot instead - I'd suggest if in doubt, do the same! Multiple plumbers I have contacted share the same view re: rejected claims & Ariston.
